Refund Policy

We offer a freetrial version of j18n and encourage interested users in adding all their team members so that j18n can be evaluated collectively.
All of the functionality available in the full version is available in the freetrial except:

  • Exporting (builds)—and you can see the output that is generated by a build by Preview Source in either the master or foreign IDEs.
  • Importing extant resources
  • User Roles (which doesn't affect what can be done, just who can do what)

We encourage users to use the freetrial to simulate all the activity that is normally part of i18n/l10n work so you know exactly what you're getting.

Monthly

You can cancel at anytime
However, you will not be refunded for the current month—your license will remain valid for the rest of the month and will then expire at the beginning of the next month.
Please be sure that you've done a final clean build and downloaded the output .jar file before the expiration of your license.
Once your license has expired, all of your content/data is subject to permanent deletion from our servers.

Annual

No refunds are provided and it is not possible to cancel your license early. Before your license expires, we will notify you of the opportunity to renew. If you choose not to, your license will not be automatically renewed (i.e. you must explicitly renew your license to prevent expiration)
